She has advised companies on technology transformation, strategy, mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions and has industry experience in sectors that include technology, payments, media and telecommunications. She has international work experience in India, Singapore and the United States, working for American Express, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Cap Gemini, IBM and Sabre. Lakshmi has a B.E. (CSE) from TCE, Madurai and an MBA from NYU Stern.
